Andrew Norman brings more than 18 years of travel and tour experience to the table. Andrew has traveled extensively throughout Europe, North America, Australasia and with a concentration in South East Asia and China. His career in organizations has focused on bringing about a transformation in unique travel experiences. He has been at senior management positions in various hospitality organizations and has always been considered a valued asset to the company. He has a rich and diverse experience in customized travel and tour itinerary planning, cruise tours and eco travel.

As well as Andrew's tour and travel experience he has had extensive exposure as a senior executive in two major online travel portals, further to which, he has offered consulting to top online travel sites in the Asia Pacific region. As well as his extensive travel experience, Andrew also has rich cross-culture experiences. Having worked with in South East Asia and China for more than 18 years, his ability to communicate effectively and understand customer's travel needs is extremely strong.

Being no stranger to China and South East Asia, Andrew has traveled to more than 50 locations within the region. He is well versed in Asian culture and cross-cultural issues and speaks basic Chinese and Thai fluently. He has a dynamic and pragmatic approach to his work and is a very effective communicator. In addition to strong itinerary and travel planning skills, Andrew has many areas of functional interest such as Ecology, Chinese History and Asian Languages. He has worked in travel and tourism in many different capacities and across cultures. Moreover, Andrew's extensive experience enables him to not only adapt to a particular case setting with ease, but also allows him to bring valuable insights in addition to the set objectives.

The founder of China-Tourism.Org is Song Wu, (Michael Wu is his English name), is a native of Yichang and formed the team during his last year at University (2002). - Endorsed by US Newspaper Charlotte Observer in 2004

During his last few months at University he quickly realized that there was a dire need for timely information and travel services both for the Three Gorges Dam (sanxia in Chinese) and the Yangtze Region itself.
