The magnificent Yangtze, the world's third longest river, stretches 6380 kilometers from the heights of Tanggula Mountain in western Tibet to the city of Shanghai on China's eastern coast, where the river empties into the East China Sea. Nestled in the middle reaches of the Yangtze are the Three Gorges, renowned the world over as Nature's Gift and one of the great treasures of China's landscape.

Their eminence and beauty alone attract travelers, both foreign and domestic, to tour the Three Gorges. Viewing the Gorges properly can only be done on a river cruise. Although there are a number of different cruise lines to choose from, we can say without reservation that touring the Three Gorges on any one of Regal China Cruises' three ships, the Princess Sheena, the Princess Elaine, or the Princess Jeannie, is the unquestionable choice of luxury and safety.
