3.1 The Company acts as booking agent for hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, cruises, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services. Each of these companies is an independent corporation with its own management and is not subject to the control of the Company. THE COMPANY CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, INJURY, DEATH, ETC which may arise out of these services.
3.2. If a sailing is canceled, suspended or delayed, due to the reasons beyond the control of the crew, such as but not limit to floods, earthquake, weather, fogs, sailing course blockage, accidents, technical breakdown, strikes, war, quarantine, government actions, etc., cruise lines and the Company will assist the passengers transfer to other ships, or adjust the itinerary. Under these circumstances, a price adjustment may be made by the specific cruise lines and when made will constitute full settlement with the passengers.
3.3 The Company draws your attention to the fact that there are certain inherent risks involved in participating in the type of trips sold by the Company. It is your sole responsibility to take all appropriate medical advice prior to departure as to whether or not you are fit enough to undertake the trip booked.
3.4 It is your responsibility to advise us of any medical problems well before departure. Hospital facilities are often unavailable and evacuation can be prolonged, difficult and expensive. The Company assumes no liability regarding medical care and associated costs. We do recommend the purchase of trip insurance that includes medical expenses and emergency evacuation costs.
